Growing in Grace

I love twitter! It has become 140 characters of preaching the gospel to me. I recently started following Scotty Smith and he twitters all these "A sign you're growing in grace...." thoughts. They are so good! I wanted to share a few of my favorites with you.

A sign you're growing in grace: You define success less by how much you do in a day & more in terms of how well you love.


A sign you're growing in grace: You expect to discover more of your need for Jesus today & more of the riches of Jesus.


A sign you're growing in grace: You want to trust again more than you want to stay stuck in your hurt.


A sign you're growing in grace: You know if Jesus is calling you to do 3 things you can't afford to dabble with 17.


A sign you're growing in grace: You're just as excited about what the gospel frees you FOR as what it frees you FROM.


A sign you're growing in grace: You spend way less time stuck in the paralysis of analysis.


A sign you're growing in grace: You repent freely and regularly, to your spouse and children.


A sign you're growing in grace: You don't impose your meaning on other people's words & you don't finish their sentences.


A sign you're growing in grace: You love hearing Jesus' name exalted and you're not as pained when you don't hear yours.


A sign you're growing in grace: You no longer confuse knowledge with spirituality.


A sign you're growing in grace: You know, that given the right circumstances, there is NO sin you're beyond committing.
